Publication Scheme (Updated 2026)
Leven Parish Council has adopted the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Model Publication Scheme and is committed to making information available proactively wherever possible.

Information will be made available unless:
- it is not held by the Council;
- it is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or Environmental Information Regulations 2004;
- its release is prohibited by law;
- it is already publicly available elsewhere;
