Bleed Kits
The Parish has now placed bleed kits in the defibrillators in East Street (Recreational Hall) and at Leven School. It will also be adding a further bleed kit to the unit at the canal.
A public bleed kit is an emergency first aid kit designed to control life-threatening bleeding in public spaces until professional medical help arrives. It contains specialist equipment like trauma dressings and tourniquets, and is placed in accessible locations for immediate use.
